Citicoline, a precursor to acetylcholine, is a powerful nootropic whose neuroprotective and neuroregenerative effects have been used to treat neurological and cerebrovascular impairments. In one Austrian study, citicoline administered to patients with Traumatic Brain Injury resulted in significantly lower mortality rates than in the control group. Additionally, citicoline was even suggested to be as efficacious as Methylprednisolone, the only treatment clinically proven positive effects on Spinal Cord Injury.

“This is easily my favorite choline source, especially when paired with my morning coffee. In addition to giving me a clearer head and jumpstarting motivation, it has decreased a lot of my mood swings. Interestingly enough, vision seems to improve and colors are brighter.” -Darryl S.
